In attempting to get the EAX sound to work on my Asus G73JH laptop, I ended up just deciding to do ANOTHER clean install of Windows 7. While waiting, I caught myself watching The Santa Clause on TV. Not a bad movie, but the kid in it started to get on my nerves. If you're dad suddenly became Santa, would you go around telling everyone you knew about it? Even kids should know better than that, right? Well, not in the movies, LOL.

When Windows 7 finished reinstalling, I proceeded to reinstall my video and audio drivers. Once that was done, I then decided to surf the internet for a bit. I decided that I really did want a new bag to store my new laptop in, so that my laptop could actually go places with me. I found a thread on the Asus forum I frequent, and skimmed through 18 pages of suggestions and complaints.

One poster recommended a particular sleeve, which another poster purchased, only to find out that the sleeve didn't fit! The original poster then admitted that they didn't even own the laptop in question, but assumed that it fit. However, they did say that based on the measurements of the sleeve, they didn't see why it wouldn't fit. Geez. A lesson to take postings on the internet with a grain of salt, or at least, ask for pictures, LOL.

I found some good recommendations and some actual pics on bags for my Asus G73JH, so I'll be looking into those. They were mainly backpacks though. I'm actually looking for a messenger bag, but if all else fails, I'll be going with a backpack.
