Happy New Year everyone!

After much searching, I finally found a bag to carry my laptop in! I first went to Bag and Baggage and left empty-handed. I then visited Tumi, where I once worked and actually found a messenger bag that could house my laptop. Unfortunately, it didn't have much in the way of cushioning, since it was just a regular messenger bag. My buddy who works there offered me a discount, but it had to be after New Year's.

I then went to the Samsonite Factory Outlet and once again struck out. The helpful sales associate suggested I try Office Depot. A gaming buddy of mine actually has the same laptop as me and got his first. He also recommended Office Depot, but I wanted to get a 'name brand' bag for my laptop. To my surprise, Office Depot had a pretty good selection of bags.

After trying almost all their bags to see what would fit, I almost settled on a Wegner backpack for around $120, but walked around the corner to check their clearance items. I found a Wegner messenger bag for $50, with pretty good cushioning all around. My laptop fit, although quite snugly and not in the actual 'laptop' storage area, but at this point I wasn't picky.

$50 poorer, I left Office Depot with my laptop nice and snug in my new bag. Fully-loaded with all my odds and ends, it's quite a bulky load to carry, but at least my laptop is 'safe and secure' in a bag that can house it.
