Bio

Liz Castillo has a B.A. in Zoology and a MEd. in Secondary Science Teaching. She currently serves as a 7th grade science teacher at Kamehameha Middle School, which is in the fourth year of a 1:1 laptop program. She has been teaching middle school for 12 years. For 2 years, Liz spent time as an Instructional Technology Resource Teacher helping other teachers and students to successfully integrate technology into the curriculum. She is passionate about using technology as a vehicle to motivate students and prepare them as leaders in the 21st century.
