One of Hawaiian Telcom's growing services is High-Speed Internet, and this year you entered into a partnership with anothe company to help your customers make the most of this service. Tell us more about that.

o better serve our customers and help them to make the most of our High-Speed Internet service, Hawaiian Telcom partnered with SuperGeeks to give our customers access to local computer experts. In June 2008, Hawaiian Telcom installed a SuperGeeks counter in our Pearlridge Retail Store (Uptown near Borders) where customers can sign up for assistance, including free 15-minute consultations with a Geek.

Hawaiian Telcom's philosophy is we provide customers with a reliable connection, SuperGeeks helps to ensure their computers can make the most of it.

We are expanding services to reach consumers by offering seminars from noon to 1 p.m. every second Saturday of the month at the Pearlridge store. Upcoming seminars are:
