The Oceanit IT consulting group designed and developed a new automated inventory database management system, known as Oceanit INSPECTA. The web-based system incorporates comprehensive reporting capabilities along with a geographic information system (GIS) component to display geospatially tagged information that has been collected for each asset. Oceanit INSPECTA manages not only data and information on assets, owners, and operators but it also manages asset imagery, GIS data, related documents, and third-party reports in an integrated document management system. INSPECTA can benefit a variety of industries and customers, including those in Environmental Engineering, Healthcare, Land/Asset management, and Enforcement.
